Cafe Church (2)

It is our first cafe church service since the summer break this Sunday. We would love to see you, make you a coffee and have a good catch up.

As ever, the service will be full of plenty of things to do, good conversation with familiar and new faces, songs to sing (if you fancy it), Sunday papers to read, activities around the tables, a few reflections on faith. Added to all the usual things we have the celebration that Phase one and two of Project 200 are completed. There will be the switch on of our new heating system and more importantly an opportunity to thank all those who have played a part in making it happen.

It all begins at 10.30am with the drinks and pastries served from 10am. If you are running late don’t worry the coffee will still be there and you probably won’t be the last person!

If we can help in any way let us know and if you can be with us then have a great time wherever you are!

Take care,

Matt and the cafe team

180909 invitation breathe flyer

After a break in August breathe is back this coming Sunday. We would love to see you and hear all about your summer adventures!

The theme this month is ‘invitation’ and will be a time to explore the offer of God to find life in the world, beauty in the midst of struggle and joy when what faces us is hard. Our time together will be the usual mix of image and video, stillness and silence, contemplation and reflection, simple music and ritual.

It all begins at 7.30pm and if you haven’t been before it all happens in the hall at the back of the church so please come in by the side door.

It lasts about an hour give or take a few minutes and if you have time for some cake and a cuppa after then we would love it if you can stay. But we understand you may have to get.

Hope to see you but if not no worries we hope you have a lovely time wherever you are!
