Phos is a young adults group trying to think through life and faith in the 21st Century. They meet in a home for prayer, discussion and reflection. They look at various topics from stresses at work, to justice in the world, to identity and discipleship as Christians.
Part of the evening is a time of quiet prayer and reflection, which gives us a chance to stop and meet God in the busyness of life.
Phos is the Ancient Greek word for light.
“in him was life and the life was the light of all people” John 1:4
The group is constantly evolving and changing. Some members are here for a short time, some have been around since the beginning. Anyone is welcome to pop along and see if it’s for them.
